Avant-progressive rock is a rock style music that explores unconventional territory, often incorporation non-standars chord progressions, tempo changes within a piece, odd time signatures, Avant grade passages and complex horn and orchstral arrangements, which relates to experimental bands and 20th century avant grade, classical, jazz, folk influenced musicians who streches the boundaries of the rock music from compositional and improvisational arenas.
In late 1970 a group "Progressive" which was from European band joined to forces under banner of Rock in Opposition or RIO to unite aganist the music industry that refused to let their music be heard, RIO which was originally from collective bands with same agenda, they have identified as "collective style of music" of original RIO, but later it became as "avant-progressive rock".
Thier first album was "My Thoughts" released in May 9, 2000, with 12 songs in it. Second album was "Private Room" in Sep 12, 2003, with 16 songs. Third was "Ecstasy" on Mar 26, 2002, with 13 songs. Avant Fourth was "Director" released in April 4, 2006 with 15 songs.
