Edwin McCain
Edwin McCain is from Greenville, South Carolina. He born on January 20, 1970, he is an alternative and rock singer-song writer. Edwin McCain band members are Larry Chaney (lead guitar), Pete Riley (rhythm guitar and background vocals), Craig Shields (saxophone and keyboards), Lee Hendricks (bass guitar), and Dave Harrison (drums). When he releases albums on his name he will have a permanent band.
His first signing was with Atlantic Records label Lava Records in 1994, and his first album was "Honour Among Thieves" which was released in 1995, with the length 53 min 33 sec, by label Lava Records and it's producer was Paul Fox.
The second Release was "Misguided Roses" on June 24, 1997, it's producer was Matt Serletic et. al. from Lava Recordings and it's length was about 62 min 48 sec, it was recorded at the House Of Them Studio and Love Grotto, both in Nashville Tennessee, and Doppler Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. Then in 1999, June 15 released "Messenger" recorded at Tree Sound Studios & Southern Tracks in Atlanta, Georgia, by Lava Records, its length was about 56 min 50 sec, producer for it is Matt Serletic and Noel Golden.
"Far From Over" was their fourth album in June 19, 2001, recorded in Pedernales Studios in Austin, Texas. Producer for it is Edwin McCain, Greg Archilla et. al. , and length is about 55 min 22 sec, Edwin McCain about six months before the album he was dropped from their roster.
The next album is with ATC Records its name was "The Austin Sessions". Sessions is completely acoustic, with a mix of new material, "fan favorites", and selected covers that he often plays at live shows, by the producer Greg Archilla et. al. it was recorded in Arlin Studios in Austin, Texas and Seventeen Grand Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. It length is 56 min 24 sec.
Fifth album was "Scream & Whisper" by DRT Entertainment by producer Noel Golden in length 56 min 22 sec, and was recorded at Sonica Studios, Atlanta, Georgia, and Dirtmachine Studios in Studio City, California.
Edwin McCain last release in 2006 till April was "Lost In America" on 11 of the month by Alternative Rock, it is said to be "rock n roll" collection particularlly it's 8th one.
